One of our bolus users at Three Counties Feeds has achieved an increased milk yield of 5 litres per cow per day – equivalent to an increase of £1.50 worth of milk per cow per day.

This result was possible by changing when food is available to the cows, simply by moving the electric fence at a different time. It shows how monitoring the rumen pH level can help to control feed intake, resulting in optimised milk yields.
